Executive Overview for Leadership & Client Onboarding
This outline provides a structured framework for onboarding new users to how your organization runs on EOS® using GoExpand.
It may be used in two ways:
- As an internal leadership onboarding structure
- As a self-guided client training framework for organizations that prefer independent implementation
This is the recommended training path for leadership and manager-level Seats. Individual contributor training may be condensed based on role requirements.
Session 1: Operating System Foundations
Objective: Establish clarity on how the organization runs.
Focus Areas:
- Welcome to GoExpand
- What is EOS® and why we use it
- Leadership 3-Step User Setup or Basic User Setup and dashboard orientation
Executive Outcome:
Participants understand the operating framework and are prepared to observe a structured Level 10 Meeting™.
Session 2: Execution & Meeting Discipline
Objective: Connect daily activity to weekly accountability.
Focus Areas:
- Ownership of To-Dos
- Metrics and why they matter
- Weekly measurables on the Scorecard
- Quarterly Rocks
- Overview of the Level 10 Meeting™
- Level 10 Meeting™ Agenda
- Run a Level 10 Meeting™
Executive Outcome:
Participants understand how the organization converts strategy into measurable execution and actively participate in a Level 10 Meeting™.
Session 3: Seat Accountability & Organizational Alignment
Objective: Reinforce clarity of roles and visibility.
Focus Areas:
- Add/Manage Users and Seats
- Learn about our Accountability Chart™
- How platform permissions align with Seat responsibilities
- Understanding team structure inside GoExpand
- Additional platform features
Executive Outcome:
Participants demonstrate understanding of their Seat responsibilities and contribute effectively during a Level 10 Meeting™.
Session 4: Strategic Alignment & Platform Optimization
Objective: Align execution with long-term strategy.
Focus Areas:
- Updating and reviewing the V/TO®
- Using AI Assistant tools (if applicable)
- Performance Reviews inside GoExpand
- Asana Integrations
- Admin advanced features (for leadership Seats)
Executive Outcome:
Participants confidently engage in a Level 10 Meeting™, understanding how their role supports quarterly priorities and long-term direction.
Training Application by Role
Leadership & Manager Seats:
Complete all four sessions to ensure full system fluency and meeting leadership capability.
Individual Contributor Seats:
Condensed training focused on dashboard navigation, To-Do ownership, Rock awareness, and meeting participation.
Strategic Objective
Upon completion, participants will:
- Understand how the organization runs on EOS®
- Operate confidently inside GoExpand
- Execute within the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence
- Reinforce alignment, accountability, and traction
This framework ensures disciplined implementation without overcomplicating the onboarding experience.
