Executive Overview for Leadership & Client Onboarding

This outline provides a structured framework for onboarding new users to how your organization runs on EOS® using GoExpand.

It may be used in two ways:

  • As an internal leadership onboarding structure
  • As a self-guided client training framework for organizations that prefer independent implementation

This is the recommended training path for leadership and manager-level Seats. Individual contributor training may be condensed based on role requirements.


Session 1: Operating System Foundations

Objective: Establish clarity on how the organization runs.

Session 2: Execution & Meeting Discipline

Objective: Connect daily activity to weekly accountability.

Participants understand how the organization converts strategy into measurable execution and actively participate in a Level 10 Meeting™.


Session 3: Seat Accountability & Organizational Alignment

Objective: Reinforce clarity of roles and visibility.

Participants demonstrate understanding of their Seat responsibilities and contribute effectively during a Level 10 Meeting™.


Session 4: Strategic Alignment & Platform Optimization

Objective: Align execution with long-term strategy.

Focus Areas:

Executive Outcome:
Participants confidently engage in a Level 10 Meeting™, understanding how their role supports quarterly priorities and long-term direction.


Training Application by Role

Leadership & Manager Seats:
Complete all four sessions to ensure full system fluency and meeting leadership capability.

Individual Contributor Seats:
Condensed training focused on dashboard navigation, To-Do ownership, Rock awareness, and meeting participation.


Strategic Objective

Upon completion, participants will:

  • Understand how the organization runs on EOS®
  • Operate confidently inside GoExpand
  • Execute within the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence
  • Reinforce alignment, accountability, and traction

This framework ensures disciplined implementation without overcomplicating the onboarding experience.
