Before joining Performance Scoring, Trevor was an educator for 13 years, spending the last six in campus administration. During his time in education, Trevor thrived on motivating students and staff to do their best, while also developing creative solutions to challenges in a growing school district.
He developed a love for technology early on and incorporated it into both classroom and administrative work—even using Performance Scoring in its early days to track campus activity.
Joining Performance Scoring in January 2021 was a natural fit for Trevor, as it united his passion for education with innovative technology. He now works with all GoExpand clients to configure the application to their specific needs, train users to maximize its impact, and provide ongoing support on their journey to continuous improvement.
Trevor combines his deep knowledge of the Performance Scoring family of applications with a seasoned ability to assess needs and create actionable solutions that drive improvement.
